bento box lunch: grilled veggie pita

bento2My latest bento box lunch.

The top is a half pita filled with:

  • Arugula
  • Tomato
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • Sprouts
  • Grilled mushrooms
  • Grilled onions
  • Grilled red & green peppers
  • Grilled carrots

All on top of a bed of more arugula and sprouts as a small side salad.

The other half of the bento has a fruit salad of blueberries, sliced mango, grapes and strawberries.

When I pack a fun bento box, I can’t help but look forward to lunch time. It also keeps me from wanting to spend money on eating out.
