personal recipe: cinnamon ginger grilled carrots

My salt is in the little white pug shaker behind the ginger


  • Carrots
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Ground Ginger
  • Vegan Butter
  • Salt


  1. Peel and julienne the carrots
  2. Add butter to non-stick pan (I like cast iron)
  3. Toss carrots in cinnamon, ginger and a little salt to taste
  4. Grill in pan until soft

Simple and delicious. The carrot sticks begin to taste like sweet potato fries almost. It makes a great snack or pair it with some rice for a meal.
