- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Ginger
- Vegan Butter
- Peel and julienne the carrots
- Add butter to non-stick pan (I like cast iron)
- Toss carrots in cinnamon, ginger and a little salt to taste
- Grill in pan until soft
Simple and delicious. The carrot sticks begin to taste like sweet potato fries almost. It makes a great snack or pair it with some rice for a meal.
